Terms & Conditions:
- Cancellation and changes require 72 hours notice in advance; or one night hotel rate for service will be charged automatically.

CANCELLATION
50% of the total fee will be charged if written cancellation of registration is received on or before 20 August 2010. There will be no refund for cancellations received thereafter.

On request, the local organizing committee will be pleased to send an invitation for participant to the meeting. Pleased contact the Secretariat for this invitation if so required. This invitation is only intended to facilitate participants' travel and visa arrangements. It in no way implies the provision of any support, financial or otherwise, from the local organizing committee.
MEMBERSHIP
If you wish to join the IADR/SEA Division in order to enjoy the lower registration fee, your membership must be accepted by IADR Central Office before registration. You may obtain the application form through IADR website at: http://www.iadr.com/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=3319
or from your local IADR country representative or from IADR/SEA Division Treasurer.
